They can't prove he did it. All they have is circumstantial evidence and what looks like a lot of sloppy handling. Luigi's gonna walk.

They didn't read him his rights when they arrested him
they've leaked info all over the place.
They didn't take evidence at the scene.
and I've seen pointed out that if cops found the backpack and coat in central park, why the fuck was Luigi over in Penn, wearing similar jacket and backpack?
why the fuck did that manifesto praise the cops on page one? why the hell would he even be _carrying_ a manifesto??? The Claims Adjuster said everything he needed to say with the bullet casings and monopoly money.

Unfortunately, with dump truck ignoring court rulings left and right, I suspect they're just going to ignore whatever jury decision is made and kill him anyway and claim it's done with.
I think the real Claims Adjuster has the opportunity to do something _very funny_ right now.
also. I think we forgot about that mom from Florida.

Hey have you ever heard of this idea called jury nullification? If a jury believes a law is unjust they have a moral obligation to acquit regardless of evidence presented.
Nope, I've never heard of this, and if a lawyer asks me about it during jury selection, I haven't heard of it then, either.
